The Scientific Committee encourages you to submit your abstracts to the Conference. The abstracts should be written in English, the official language of the event.

For Grundtvig participants (practical learning for adults):

Please respect the deadlines for each training course sessions.
Funding application procedures through GRUNDTVIG Programmes.

Please follow steps 1 to 5 in order to obtain funding from your Lifelong Learning National Agency
1 – Information on “Museum Advisors Conference 2012” may be found in the European Commission’s website ec.europa.eu/education/trainingdatabase/
It was published in the Comenius – Grundtvig Training Database with the reference number “PT-2012-074-001“.

2 – Find application for funding from the national representatives of the Grundtvig programme
in your country of residence. Representatives in Member Sates are listed inhttp://ec.europa.eu/education/lifelong-learning-programme/doc1208_en.htm

3 – In order for the application to be valid Mapa das ideias has to provide you with a certificate of acceptance for the training course. This certificate of acceptance must be attached to your application. The responsible for this is Maria João Nunes, whom you can reach using the following coordinates: 00351 212 462 650 or by e-mail: mjoao.nunes@mapadasideias.pt.

4 – Afterwards you submit your application with the above certificate of acceptance to you local Lifelong Learning Programme National Agency for approval.

5 – When your application is approved you will inform accordingly Mapa das Ideias and you will fill out the application form that you send by fax (00351 214 264 428) or e-mail. You will be notified in regard to the deposit in order to confirm your participation in the training course.

Please take notice: Application dates vary from Member State to Member State, therefore we advise you to be informed as soon as possible.
